Great Coffee Receipes

There are a number of great coffee recipes, we have selected some of our favourites for you to try. We would love to hear of any that you like and think we should include;

Coffee Cuba

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 100 ml coffee
  • 10 ml sugared water (made of equal parts sugar and water)
  • 20 ml white rum
  • 20 ml mojito syrup
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 tsp ground coffee
  • Mint, to garnish

Preparation:

  • Prepare the coffee in a shaker.
  • Add the sugared water, rum, mojito syrup and 2 ice cubes.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds.
  • Pour the mixed ingredients and 2 ice cubes into a long drink glass.
  • Prepare the milk foam and carefully spoon it on to the drink in a single layer.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 teaspoons of creamy natural yoghourt
  • 4-5 teaspoons of „Mango Smoothie Base“ or the core of mango
  • 1 shot glass

Preparation:

  • Fill the core of mango in a shot glass.
  • Layer the yoghourt over the core of mango.
  • Put the shot glass under the outfall for coffee and prepare a strong espresso.. 

Vanilla Velvet

Instructions for 1 portion

Ingredients:

  • 110 ml coffee
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 25 ml milk
  • 1 tbs. sweetened whipped cream
  • 2 cl advocaat
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Advocaat for the garnish

Preparation:

  • Fill app. 5 ice cubes in a shaker. Prepare the coffee directly into the shaker. Shake the shaker for app. 20 seconds so that the coffee is immediately annealed.
  • Stir cold coffee, sugar and milk together.
  • Mix advocaat with the cooled coffee and pour into tall glasses.
  • Add vanilla ice cream and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with a few drops of advocaat.

Frappino

A cool milk shake for hot nights.

Ingredients for one glass

  • 1 espresso, chilled
  • 1 dl cold milk
  • 5g sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3cl "Irish Cream" coffee syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Mocha topping or liquid chocolate sauce

Preparation

  • Fill the 4 ice cubes in a shaker. Prepare the espresso directly in the shaker. Shake the shaker for app. 20 seconds so that the espresso is immediately annealed.
  • Mix the cooled espresso with the sugar, the syrup of coffee and the milk.
  • Pour the drink into a glass and garnish with the whipped cream and the mocha topping.
